ORPA will host a series of budget development workshops, useful for administrators of all levels of experience and expertise, and focusing on issues such as cost sharing, tuition, participant support costs, and sponsor caps and cost limitations. Budget case studies will be sent out in advance, and after a few introductory slides, we will go through the case study budgets in full detail and answer any questions that come up along the way. Sessions will be limited to approximately 12 attendees, so we will be offering multiple sessions throughout the month of December. Coffee, juice, and an assortment of breakfast options will be provided.
