As of Jan 25, 2022, NIH researchers must electronically sign the Other Support (OS) document for NIH K applications, JIT, and RPPRs. DocuSign is the only Princeton University approved solution for electronic signatures. In this session for research administrators, learn how to request and activate a Princeton DocuSign account, send the Other Support file to your researcher through DocuSign, and flatten the DocuSigned OS file. The session will also demo what the DocuSign process looks like for your researchers, both those who need to sign the OS file prepared for them by a research administrator and those who prepare the OS file themselves.
Registration is available through the Employee Learning Center.
