The Introduction to Export Controls – Advanced class will provide a deeper dive into US government export control regulations. It will focus on the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and how they apply to activities at Princeton University. This class is open to all members of the University community (faculty, researchers, staff, and students).

Topics include:
- Shipping materials out of the US 
- License Exceptions
- Sharing technical data on export controlled equipment with a foreign person in the US
- Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) export license application process
- Inappropriate Foreign Influence
