New ORPA Subcontracts Administrator - Melody Snow
The Office of Research and Project Administration is extremely excited to announce the addition of another member to the ORPA team.
Please join us in welcoming Melody Snow into the Subcontracts Administrator role in the Office of Research and Project Administration. Melody joins the ORPA Subcontracts Team on Monday, February 10, 2025.
Melody has 15 + years of experience in Research Administration. Melody comes to Princeton from years of experience in Subcontracting, first as an Associate and then also in the roles of Subawards Manager and Assistant Director of Outgoing Subawards at The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. In her various roles, she gained invaluable experience in the areas of contracting, managing complex agreements in the federal, non-federal and clinical trial areas of subcontracts practice.
Additionally, Melody has varied experience in subcontract training and development, as a presenter at NCURA and SRA International conferences, as well as in policy and process development, project management and quantitative interviewing. Melody obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Morgan State University and her M.H.S. Degree in Child and Adolescent Health from Johns Hopkins University, Bloomberg School of Public Policy.
As the Subcontracts Administrator, Melody will take a lead in initiation and modification of complex subcontract issuance and will collaborate with the Subcontracts team in all areas of subcontract administration, special projects, as well as audit and compliance matters.
