The National institutes of Health released NOT-OD-19-036 on November 27, 2018 which supersedes NOT-OD-18-175 and establishes stipend levels for FY19.  These new stipend levels are effective with all Kirschstein-NRSA awards made on or after October 1, 2018.  The updates are reflected on the Institutional Information section of our website and on our Rate Sheet.
