The National Science Foundation has made updates to its Award Terms and Conditions which will apply to all new NSF awards and funding amendments issued on or after January 28, 2019.  Specifically, there are changes made to the Agency Specific Requirements to the Research Terms and Conditions, Cooperative Agreement Financial and Administrative Terms and Conditions, Grant General Conditions, and Special Terms and Conditions for Administration of NSF Conference or Travel Grants.  Each set of terms and conditions is accompanied by a summary of changes made to that document.
