As a Shared Grants Manager, Kristen Hubbard provides pre- and post-award administration for a diverse portfolio of sponsored research projects within Humanities and Social Sciences academic units.
Prior to joining Princeton, Kristen served as Managing Director of Grants and Federal Affairs at McAllister & Quinn, a Washington DC consulting firm, where she managed and implemented the federal and foundation grants strategy for a portfolio of clients across the US. Previously, she was a Senior Grants Administrator at Georgetown University, providing cradle-to-grave support and managing post-award activity for 12 departments in the College. She began her career in research administration at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill as a Proposal & Outreach Coordinator, working with Computer Science faculty to craft competitive applications to the NSF and NIH, overseeing proposal development from initial concept to submission.
